Will it work on my phone?

How do I check my phone?+
Open Settings and search for "eSIM" or "Add eSIM". iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM. Android: Settings → Network → SIMs → Add eSIM. Your phone also needs to be carrier-unlocked.
First time using an eSIM?+
After you buy, you get a QR code by email. Open it on another screen, then scan it in your phone's Add-eSIM screen. Use it for data and keep your home SIM for calls and your home number. Set it up on Wi-Fi before you fly — it activates when you arrive in China.

Can I use Google, YouTube and WhatsApp in China?+
Yes. This is a roaming eSIM that routes through an international gateway, so Google, Gmail, YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook work normally in mainland China — no VPN required.
Do I need a VPN?+
No. The whole point of our eSIM is open-internet access without a VPN. Just install the eSIM and browse as you would at home.
Do WeChat and Alipay work?+
Yes — Chinese apps like WeChat and Alipay work over the data connection like any other app. Note that some payment features may require a local bank card or ID, which is a WeChat/Alipay rule, not a connectivity limit.
When does my plan start, and how much data do I get?+
Each plan lists its data amount and validity period. Plans typically activate when you arrive in China and connect, not at purchase, so you can buy days ahead. Check each plan's details for the exact data and validity.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes — if an eSIM hasn't been installed or used, reach out to support. Once an eSIM is activated it can't be refunded. If your phone can't install it, contact us and we'll refund you.
